Known for its green-friendly and hyper-seasonal approach to sustainable dining, Chicago’s Daisies restaurant (Eater Chicago: 2023 Restaurant of the Year, The New York Times: America’s Best Restaurants 2023, MICHELIN Green Star 2023) brings their vegetable-forward, pasta-focused celebration during this one-night-only dinner. Chef/Partner Joe Frillman (James Beard Award Semifinalist for Best Chef Great Lakes) and Partner/Pastry Chef Leigh Omilinsky will present several of their from-scratch, acclaimed pastas and innovative takes on dishes that honor this season’s farm-to-fork bounty. To up the ante, Daisies' viral Hot Dog Croissants will make an appearance—dragged through the garden, “Chicago-Style”, of course!
